Using the service
2ndPlace helps people discover hostels, hotels and restaurants and contact businesses directly. We do not accept bookings, collect rent, hold deposits or process payments. Any agreement is between you and the business.
Check before deciding
Listings may contain owner-supplied or imported information. Prices, opening hours, amenities and availability can change. Confirm details directly, visit where possible, and get payment and cancellation terms in writing. An owner-managed label is not an inspection or safety guarantee.
Accounts and reviews
Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Reviews must reflect your own experience. Do not impersonate another person, publish private information, create misleading reviews or review your own business.
Business listings
Only submit content you have permission to publish. Owners are responsible for keeping their details accurate. Existing imported listings require an ownership review before management access is granted. Each account currently manages one place.
Corrections and concerns
Use the Support or Contact page to report inaccurate details, abusive content or an ownership dispute. Reports are reviewed by the team and do not automatically change a listing.
Your information
Our Privacy page explains account data, published content, service providers, device storage and aggregate analytics controls. Contact the team to request a correction or deletion.
